$100 Million Fundraising Campaign

Fordham Law School launched an ambitious $100 million fund-raising campaign on Nov. 14, 2008. Just a year and half later, on May 15, 2010, Dean William Michael Treanor announced that the School had reached the goal—an extraordinary achievement reflecting the remarkable generosity of Fordham Law alumni and friends.

Watch the campaign announcement.

The campaign, which is one of the largest in the history of American legal education, officially ends in 2013 and will fund five key priorities: a new law school building, the Annual Fund, scholarships and fellowships, centers and institutes, and faculty chairs. Altogether, the campaign will enable Fordham Law School to continue to offer an extraordinary legal education with state-of-the-art facilities and innovative methods and practice.

In the coming years, as the Law School moves toward completion of the campaign, efforts will be focused on fundraising for the new building and scholarships. The groundwork laid by donors will allow the School to achieve even more for the benefit of Fordham Law’s students and educational  programs.
